Cheap easy dust guard. PVC rain gutter from Home Depot $9.95. One box of pan head self tapping screws 10-1\2in. $4.95 Only 3 needed per side. Cut Rain gutter to length and then cut 1\3 off at the radius with a utility knife. Mounted flat to the rail it should clear the drag chain rail by 1\8in.
