sized to fit 3 1/2 in material and still reach waste board with smaller bits. materials used 12 × 12 × 1/4 aluminum. (8) m5-.80 × 20 hex cap screws used for top rails, use old top screws on bottom rails. Finish drilling holes with 3/16 bit. Total size in 2 1/2 inches x 6 inches tall
