Milling

30 minutes

Mill the hatch patter of the win with a small tapered bit.
After the patterns have been cut, mill the outer profile with a regular end mill.

I use a: 60° x 1/2" D x 5/8" H x 1/4" Shank Rockler V-Groove Bit.

Final product

1 minute

Sand with 120 to 150 grit sand paper.
Finish with Grey Gel finish. (I used General Finish).
Sand with 400 grit.
Apply clear finish and sand once more with 400.
Polish with black bison wax.
