Simple wooden toothpaste squeezer. Approximate size is 3″×3″ with a 2.5" opening to accommodate most tubes. The opening is .125", which seems to give a good squeeze ratio.
Super quick cut; roughly 10 minutes on a Shapeoko 3.

Outline and through-cut with a .125" bit. Adjust the model if you want to add tabs for a full cut-out.
