These bamboo salt and pepper shakers have a built in spoon for measuring before you pour. Tap to move salt into the open chamber and then pour.

Mill the main part of the salt and pepper shakers out of 3/4" bamboo. Use a 1/8" endmill for this cut.

Finish the bamboo with food safe mineral oil. Use super glue to adhere the base to each design. Add salt and pepper and press fit the lid into the bamboo. To open again you can pry the corner with a fork or other utensil.
