General Instructions

G-code is attached for you to load into Easel, or alternatively download the Fusion360 file to create your own toolpaths. One thing to note with the toolpaths I created – because of the thickness of timber I used (32mm) I wasn’t able to cut all the way through with the 1/4 inch bit on the final cutting operation due to vibrations and bit deflection. I ended up going around 25mm deep and cutting the whole piece out of the stock with a jigsaw, and sanding/planing away the edge.

I would really like to make one of these. Are you able to share?

what bit setting did you tell easel when running the 6mm ballnose bit and how do you tell it, that is a cleanup pass?

Hi Tammy - the whole project was made in Fusion360 so all the settings in Easel will be overwritten by the G-Code. Bit settings (feed/ramp speeds etc) are already in the G-code
