2

Cut out the Frame

Load this Easel link to cut out the Frame using an 1/8" bit.

3

Cut out the Cap

Load this Easel link to cut out the Cap using a 1/16" bit.

Tip: You can use materials of various thickness for this part as long as you adjust the thickness in the Easel file. So feel free to experiment!

4

Remove the parts

Separate the parts, and sand them down as needed.

5

Assemble the Frame

Insert the USB cord in the slot and assemble the frame.

6

Snap the Cap in

Depending on the tolerance, the Frame should hold the Cap in by friction. If not, you can use adhesive.

7

Plug it in

Insert the LED light in the USB port, and plug the other end of the cable in your spare phone charger.

Tip: You can make a paper cut out to cover the hole in the back for a more even diffusing of the light.
