Custom X carve holding clamp 6.5″ × 1.5″ milled in 1/2" birch plywood with recessed washer and screw slot. I’m using a custom waste board with 3" spaces between clamp screw inserts. I’ve also clamped these upside down and milled a .25" wide, .1875 deep tip to grip thinner stock better.
