Carving the wheels

I only used the X-Carve for cutting the wheels, but I made a full Easel template available in case you want to cut all the parts with your X-Carve!
Don’t forget to adapt the depths of cut to the materials you are using and maybe it is a good idea to carve the parts in different rounds.
You might want to use 2 or 3 layers to make the body. Also, the holes near the middle of the body are not supposed to go all the way through. If you are using 3 layers of wood to make the body, you can delete that middle hole in Easel for one piece and glue that one in the middle.

(The shapes of this toy are based on the template from the Wood Whisperer’s grasshopper.)

Have fun!
