This is a Flagpole Finial with an eagle design. This would go on a 20 to 30 foot flagpole.. On a 30 to 100 foot flagpole the design would be made bigger. The finished eagle 1 and 1/2 (1.5) inches thick of PVC carved 2 sides and cut out. Painted in recessed areas and gold leafed top areas.
