This outdoor chandelier is made from two sheets of 31×31″ 3/4 plywood, and requires two separate carves. One 1/2" straight cut bit only is used in the interest of shortening carve time. You can choose to cut the frame fully out, or carve as is, and finish cut with a band saw or jigsaw.
