10 inch cherry clock

General Information

I designed this clock to be cut with a 1/16th inch endmill. Could be personalized with a name or logo.

PS – Bill of Materials does not have wood as a selection.

1. Mount maple

1 minute

Be sure to obey whether you use the clock middle, or the lower left corner for your X Y position.
I used the center.

Mark the exact corners because you will be turning the piece over to carve the back. Must be repositioned correctly.

2. Install a 1/16th endmill

Tighten correctly.

3. Follow the Easel instructions and carve.

53 minutes

Install your dust shoe if you have one

4. Turn the piece over

1 minute

Make sure the piece is as close to the previous position as possible. I designed in 1/8 inch wiggle room.

5. Change to a .25 endmill

1 minute

Tighten correctly

6. Follow the Easel instructions and carve.

3 minutes

Then just sand and finish.
